Sri Vedavyasa Theertharu
Sri Vedavyasa Theertha took Ashrama from Sri Raghottama Theertha. He is guru of three sishyas. He comes in the lineage of Uttaradhi mutt.

Aradhana : Chaitra Shudha Dwiteeya
Vrundavana : Penugonda in Andhra Pradesh
Not much of his purvashrama is known but it is believed that he belong to close circles in the samsthana. Sri Vedavyasa Theertha was doing tatva prachara and continued his pilgrimage tour. He gave sanyasa to three persons and named them as Sri Vidyapati Theertha, Sri Vedesha Theertha, and Sri Krishnadwaipayana. He gave anusamsthana to Krishnadwaipayana, gave him some idols and sent him for tour. He reached Penugonda on his tour. He had to undergo test of ‘Kaupeena’ to prove his Brahmacharya as some of his opponents complained to king. When his Kaupeena put under fire for 3 days, it didn’t get burnt. Even his charama sloka speaks the same. There after he got warm welcome from Ramachandra the king of Cuddapah.
Later he gave Ashrama to one more person called Narasimhacharya son of Ananda Bhattaraka and named him as Sri Vidyadheesha Theertha. After handing over the Peeta to Vidyadheesha theertha he entered Vrundavana at Penugonda in the Ananthapur district of Andhra Pradesh.

వేదవ్యాసగురుం నౌమి శ్రీవేదేశనమస్కృతం
