Sri Vidya Samudra Theertharu

Sri Vidya Samudra Theertha took Ashrama from Sri Vidya Srinivasa Theertha and is Thirty Fourth saint from Madhwacharya. Below is his brief introduction.

Period  –  1890-1903

Poorvashrama Name  –  Rangaswamy Acharya

Ashrama guru             –  Sri Vidya Srinivasa Theertha

Ashrama Shishya         –  Sri Vidya Rathnakara Theertha

Aradhana                     – Kartika Shudha Dwiteeya

Vrundavana Place      – Sosale

He ruled the Peeta for only 3 years like his guru and parama guru. He was Poorvashrama grandson of Sri Vidyapoorna Theertha. He was great tapasvi and during his short tenure, he propagated dwaitha philosophy in many places.

After handing over mahasamsthana to Sri Vidya Rathnakara Theertha, he entered Vrundavana at Sosale.
