Sri Vidya SriSindhu Theertharu

Sri Vidya SriSindhu Theertha took Ashrama from Sri Vidyapoorna Theertha and is Thirty First saint from Madhwacharya. Below is his brief introduction.

Period  –  1872-1884

Ashrama guru             –  Sri Vidyapoorna Theertha

Ashrama Shishya         –  Sri Vidya Sridhara Theertha

Aradhana                     – Ashada Shudha Navami

Vrundavana Place      – Sosale

During severe drought in 1877, he donated all the mutt property to the public to come out of the crisis and helped the people. He made Digvijaya to Udupi in his tenure. It may not be wrong to say that after Sri Vyasaraja, he is the only saint in his parampare to visit Udupi.

After handing over mahasamsthana to Sri Vidya Sridhara Theertha, he entered Vrundavana at Sosale.
